Position: Assistant Researcher – Erasmus+ Projects
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a university student or recent graduate to join our team as an Assistant Researcher. This role is ideal for someone passionate about international education, EU projects, and research-based development in the maritime sector. As part of our organization, you will directly contribute to the preparation, implementation, and evaluation of European-funded projects under Erasmus+.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in writing project proposals and collecting supporting documentation
– Conduct literature reviews and background research on education, maritime safety, and digital learning topics
– Analyze project data, prepare reports, and contribute to academic and strategic publications
– Support project communication and dissemination activities, including preparation of presentations, reports, and newsletters
– Attend virtual meetings, take notes, and follow up on assigned tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

– Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks responsibly
