SEA4SHORE 4th Partner Meeting

As we reach the midpoint of the SEA4SHORE project, partners from across Europe are once again coming together in Croatia to align, evaluate and shape the next phase of our work. Our 4th transnational partner meeting, held on 25–26 September 2025, marks a key moment of reflection and future planning.

Since the project began, SEA4SHORE has worked to connect maritime operations with shore-based career paths, creating frameworks, tools, and resources that help new generations of seafarers transition confidently into shore-side roles. Together with our academic, technical, and industry partners, we’ve mapped professional profiles, gathered case studies, analyzed training needs, and drafted essential platform content.

Why We’re Meeting Now

This 4th meeting allows us to:

  • Review the outcomes of our 3rd partner meeting in Spain and measure the progress of tools, specifications, and user interface development.
  • Focus on piloting and testing the upcoming SEA4SHORE platform modules.
  • Align on national showcase events scheduled across partner countries in late 2025.
