Bridge sea and shore by designing career pathways for seafarers transitioning into land-based maritime roles.
Advance the sector’s digital maturity through the development of intelligent platforms, certification systems, and virtual training environments rooted in real maritime operations.
Lead in policy-relevant research and development, addressing emerging challenges in maritime safety, sustainability, and crew mobility.
Collaborate with global partners to shape standards, influence future competencies, and create recognition systems that make the sector more accessible, fair, and future-proof.
